After sales services

2) Furnishing the property - prices will be discounted
by 20% for all Agios buyers. Estimated cost saving: 3 to 4000
pounds.

Mortgages
We recommend interest only mortgages which are now available.
Interest only payments can be made for up to 10 years. The first
5 years being set at the fixed interest rate, the second 5 years
varying slightly depending on the bank. See below
